This beautiful collection has been inspired by the timeless British Countryside

Tayders work stands out for its attention to detail, the colours of the subject and the play within the structure of the glass to create an illusion of  3 Dimension.

I enjoy walking in the countryside, visiting sanctuary's and observing life.  I make sketches and take a few photos as reference material before settling down in the studio.  Good light is essential as is good  ventilation as the process often involves scratching into the dried 'paint' - this is made of powdered glass suspended in a medium.

Wildlife

These pieces are displayed within a box frame, this allows the light to pass through the piece and bounce back giving it life whilst providing protection to the edges of the glass piece and the ease of traditional hanging methods.
